James Arthur

 

Teljes nevén James Andrew Arthur 1988. március 2.-án született Middlesbrough-ban (Anglia, UK). Jamesnek van egy bátyja, Neil, egy nővére Sian, egy húga, Charlotte és két fiatalabb féltestvére, Jasmine és Neve. James 15 éves kora óta énekel és vesz fel dalokat. James 2012-ben jelentkezett a brit tehetségkutatóba. Newcastle-ben. Ő lett az X Factor kilencedik győztese. A győzelem után megjelent első dala, a döntőben is előadott "Impossible", amit debütálása után 48 óra alatt több mint 255.000-ren töltöttek le. Ezzel James rekordot is döntött. A dal Brit Awards jelölést is hozott az énekesnek.
